So who am I, anyway?
Living with ADHD, aspergers syndrome and social anxiety, I have discovered that habits like following a proper sleep schedule, regular exercise, and understanding how one’s own mind works are not optional, but essential for living a meaningful life. During times where I felt like I had no one to talk to about my troubles, or when school felt like a prison, healthy habits kept me grounded, and freed my mind from the stress and anxiety that stopped me from writing, laughing with family and friends, and made me want to stay home and watch youtube-videos all day. I truly believe that no matter if you’re looking for content for a health publication, trying to increase the efficiency of your tech-startup, or just wanting to build stronger bonds between the workers in your company, good health writing is of great use, because a human following the right health routines improves every aspect of his/her life, and when you improve, you can improve the world around you.
